Business Analyst – Developer Experience & DevSecOps PlatformExperience: 8 YearsLocation: Princeton, NJVisa: AnyEmployment Type: W2OpportunityWe are looking for a Business Analyst to support a centralized DevSecOps and Platform Engineering organization responsible for improving engineering productivity, secure software delivery, and developer experience across the enterprise.The ideal candidate understands software development processes, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, security-by-design principles, and can work effectively with engineering leadership, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.Responsibilities:Support the DevSecOps Center of Excellence.Gather and document business and technical requirements.Coordinate with engineering, security, and platform teams.Help define CI/CD standards and developer platform capabilities.Assist in process improvements and platform governance.Support software development lifecycle (SSDLC) initiatives.Help drive automation and developer productivity initiatives.Maintain documentation and reporting for platform metrics.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple technology teams.Desired Skills:Strong Business Analysis experience in technology organizations.Understanding of Agile methodologies.Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.
