Title: Site Logistics ManagerLocation: OhioDuration: Thru 2026, can extendCompensation: $55-60/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.This is a fully onsite position. Hours are 8am-5 pm Monday through Friday. No remote work permitted. Occasional after hour or weekend work could be required.The Site Logistics Manager is a critical role responsible for managing the coordination, tracking, and installation of equipment at mission-critical construction sites. This position serves as the primary liaison between the owner, General Contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure seamless equipment delivery, installation, and project milestone achievement. You will own onsite oversight of this function including communication and reporting, stakeholder management, documentation, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:Manage all OFCI equipment logistics from delivery through installation completionCoordinate with General Contractors to schedule equipment deliveries and installation activitiesTrack equipment status, timelines, and installation progressEnsure proper storage, handling, and protection of owner-furnished equipment onsiteIdentify and escalate equipment delays, damages, or installation issuesA successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; OR5+ years of relevant experience in construction logistics, equipment coordination, or project managementExperience in data center construction or mission-critical facilities preferredKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systemsProficiency with project management and tracking softwareStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and web-based applicationsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsUnderstanding of construction schedules and critical path methodologyAdditional requirements:Ability to work in active construction environmentsCapable of walking construction sites for extended periodsAbility to climb ladders and stairsComfortable working in varying environmental conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel to project sites as assignedW2, direct hires only.
