Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Summary & ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & ExecutionOwn end-end program execution from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and reportingDevelop and maintain detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesTrack progress against commitments and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or qualityCross Functional LeadershipCoordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Customer SupportFacilitate regular program reviews, PLC / gate meetings, and executive updatesDrive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely decision making Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key interface for internal and external stakeholders on program status, risks, and deliverablesSupport customer requirements, reviews, demos, and special/custom requests as part of program executionTranslate customer and business requirements into executable plansRisk, Issue & Change ManagementIdentify program risks and develop mitigation plansManage scope changes through formal change control processesEnsure corrective actions are implemented and tracked to closureProcess & Continuous ImprovementApply program management best practices, tools, and methodologiesDrive continuous improvement in execution processes, communication, and reportingEnsure lessons learned are captured and applied to future programsQualificationsMS / BS in Engineering plus 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of equivalent knowledge and 8+ years of related experienceExperience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
