Lead Mover/Driver

Overview Charm City Movers is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Mover to join our team. As a Lead Mover, you’ll oversee on-site moving operations, guide your crew, and ensure each job is completed safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with prior moving or logistics experience who enjoys leading a team and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate crew members during residential and commercial moves Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods Ensure all items are packed, wrapped, and handled with care Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction Train and motivate new movers to follow safety and service standards Maintain organization of tools, equipment, and vehicle cleanliness Qualifications Previous experience in moving, logistics, or general labor (1+ year preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items safely Valid driver’s license is preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends Why Join Our Team Charm City Movers values teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
