About the CompanyGenAl is committed to innovation and excellence in technology solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.About the RoleThe Python with Openshift Developer will be responsible for leading the setup and implementation of OpenShift-based container infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for GenAl workloads.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end setup and implementation of OpenShift-based container infrastructure for GenAl workloads.Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for scalability, reliability, and security.Drive GPU infrastructure enablement on OpenShift for Al/ML and GenAl use cases.Build and automate platform workflows and tooling using Python.Define platform standards, operational best practices, and implementation roadmap.Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, security, and application teams to ensure production-ready delivery.Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across infrastructure initiatives. QualificationsCore Python, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container platforms.Required SkillsProficiency in Core Python.Experience with Red Hat OpenShift.Knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms. Preferred SkillsExperience with GPU infrastructure for Al/ML.Strong automation skills using Python.
