Full Stack Engineer (San Francisco)

What You’ll Do Build and ship full-stack features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure Translate real-world customer needs into product capabilities Design and implement APIs, workflows, and developer-facing tooling Own features end-to-end — from architecture to deployment to iteration Debug edge cases across environments and production systems Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and early design partners Contribute to product direction based on hands-on user feedback What This Role Is High-agency, high-ownership Fast shipping cycles, real users, real stakes Ambiguous problems, imperfect data, strong opinions Product-engineering hybrid work A seat at the table for roadmap decisions Who You Are Strong software engineer who enjoys customer context, not just clean abstractions Comfortable shipping quickly and iterating in production Excited by ambiguity and building 0→1 systems Able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-engineers Energized by early-stage environments What We’re Looking For 0-2 years of experience as a software engineer (or equivalent) Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript Experience building across the stack (frontend + backend preferred) Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and debugging in live environments Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) Bonus: Experience with AI tooling, LLMs, or developer tools Bonus: Startup experience or customer-facing engineering experience
