Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership: Oversees all nursing care from pre-operative to post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).Regulatory Compliance: Maintains compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, AAAHC, and state health regulations.Staff Management: Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling nursing staff and perioperative personnel.Operations & Quality: Monitors OR efficiency and leads quality improvement and risk management initiatives.Budgeting: Develops and manages clinical staffing and supply budgets to meet financial goals.Safety & Supplies: Ensures sterilization standards are met and oversees inventory control for equipment and drugs.
