Events Services Specialist - (Part-time)

The Events Services Specialist - (Part-time) is a dynamic, relationship-driven role at Three Rivers Park District for someone who thrives on bringing people, partnerships and memorable experiences together. From large-scale festivals to community events, this position plays a key role in creating meaningful connections between the Park District and the businesses and organizations that help make these experiences possible. A major focus of the role is developing and securing event sponsorships — building strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities and ensuring sponsors feel engaged, valued and excited to support events that connect people to nature.If you are energized by relationship-building, creative collaboration and the excitement of seeing a successful event come to life from behind the scenes to day-of execution, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community while helping grow the visibility and support of the Park District’s mission.This position is part-time (24 hours per week) and non-benefited. Essential Duties & QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), 2 years related post-secondary education and 3 years of related experience in event coordination and/or sponsorship experience; or any combination of education and experience equal to the above.
