Job Title: Graphic Designer (Signage & Print Production)Location: Remote (PST Time Zone Alignment Required)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PSTContract Type: Independent ContractorCompensation: Up to $1,700 USD/monthAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Graphic Designer specializing in signage and print production to create and prepare high-quality visual assets for a fast-paced production environment.This is a hands-on execution role focused on signage design, print layout, and production-ready file preparation, not brand strategy or conceptual-only design.You will own projects end-to-end—from initial layout through client revisions to final print-ready files—ensuring accuracy, speed, and production quality.What You’ll OwnSignage and print design executionClient proofing and revision cyclesProduction-ready file preparationProject timelines and delivery accuracyCross-team coordination for productionKey ResponsibilitiesDesign signage, print materials, and large-format graphics aligned with client specificationsPrepare print-ready production files (bleeds, scaling, color profiles, specs)Manage client proofing cycles, revisions, and approvalsCoordinate with internal teams and vendors for production handoffHandle multiple projects while maintaining speed and accuracyEnsure all designs meet technical and brand requirementsRequired Experience & Skills2–4 years of experience in signage design or print production designStrong portfolio demonstrating signage, print, or large-format workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience preparing files for print and productionStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specificationsAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with large-format printing or production workflowsFamiliarity with RIP software or signage-specific toolsExperience with vehicle wraps, window graphics, or wall muralsExposure to 3D modeling tools or dimensional signage projects
