Compensation Analyst
Now Hiring: Compensation Analyst / Compensation Operations Professional (Hybrid Tampa)
Seeking Tampa-based candidates for a hybrid, 8-month contract Compensation role based in Tampa supporting a large, global organization through its shared services function.
In this role, you'll help execute core compensation programs—including base pay, incentives, job evaluations, market pricing, and analytics—while partnering with HR and Total Rewards stakeholders to ensure fair, competitive, and compliant pay practices across the business.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 3+ years of compensation experience who enjoys working with data, navigating complex compensation processes, and collaborating in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or compensation certifications is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.76 - $44.76/hr.
