Program Manager for Linguistic Validation

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Linguistic Validation). Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of account-specific programs, ensuring adherence to profitability, client satisfaction, and quality targets Build and manage the Project Management team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring proper training and development Monitor project financials, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with client requirements and commercial expectations Required Qualifications Four-year degree in Business, Linguistics, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred Over five years of experience in project management within the localization or translation industry, preferably in Life Sciences or Linguistic Validation Minimum of six years in customer service/account management, with at least five years in the translation industry Proven leadership or mentoring experience of at least four years Advanced computing skills, including experience with translation management systems and CAT tools; PMP Certification is a plus
