General Production Worker

Hiring General Production Workers!Job DescriptionJoin our team as a General Production Worker, where you will operate plastic injection molding presses, finish and trim parts, ensure parts meet quality standards, and assemble the final product. You will be responsible for running machines, removing finished parts, conducting basic cosmetic inspections, clipping/deburring edges, labeling, packaging, boxing, and assembling parts using electric screwdrivers.ResponsibilitiesOperate plastic injection molding presses.Finish and trim parts to meet specifications and quality standards.Assemble final products and ensure quality assurance.Run machines and remove finished parts.Conduct basic cosmetic inspections and clip/deburr edges.Label, package, and box assembled parts using electric screwdrivers.Essential SkillsBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Attention to detail.Willingness to work in multiple areas.Entry-level position with no previous experience required.Additional Skills & QualificationsPositive attitude and willingness to learn.Flexibility and willingness to be trained at multiple stations.Why Work Here?Enjoy great benefits with low monthly premiums, 9 paid holidays, 401k matching, 80 hours of PTO each year, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
