We've partnered with a company in Kapolei to seek a Customer Relations Representative supporting clients across the foodservice, restaurant, and food processing industries on island.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMPay: Up to $70,000 annuallyBenefits include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Drug coverage401(k) with employer contributionLife Insurance, STD, LTD, and EAPCompany vehicle, phone, and computer providedPaid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year) + sick leaveKey Responsibilities:Build new business while maintaining and growing existing client relationshipsServe as the main point of contact for restaurant and food processing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify additional needsConduct in-person visits with new, existing, and previously canceled accounts to strengthen partnerships and recover businessSchedule meetings, coordinate client follow-ups, and execute cold calls in targeted areasMaintain accurate account setup, routing details, and daily reportingCollaborate with internal teams and management to ensure seamless service deliverySpend 75-90% of your time in the field visiting client sitesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience within the restaurant or food industryEstablished industry contacts strongly preferredAbility to work independently in a field-based roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Valid driver's license requiredApply now - this opportunity won't be available for long!
