Payroll Manager

Description:Job Title: Payroll ManagerJob Location: Irvine, CAJob Type: Full-Time, Exempt, SalariedThe Payroll Manager will oversee the payroll function for Frasco, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees. This role will manage two payroll processors, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and conduct monthly audits to ensure payroll integrity. The Payroll Manager will collaborate closely with department leaders, the VP of HR, and the Accounting team to support organizational goals and provide strategic payroll insights. Candidates must have intermediate to advanced skills working in excel (V-look up, pivot tables, data migration, etc).Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and Supervise payroll processing team, ensuring performance and compliance with best practicesManage end-to-end payroll for multi-state weekly and biweekly employee groupsReview and verify timekeeping entries, resolve discrepancies, and approve payroll calculations with accuracy and in compliance with regulationsConduct monthly audits and maintain compliance with wage/hour laws and payroll tax regulationsUpdate HRIS with state unemployment rates, personnel files, policies, job and pay changes as neededOversee year-end processing, including reconciliations and W-2 generationFull-Time Benefits:Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Supplemental Health Benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts401K with Company MatchCompensation: $65k - 85k - can be discussed at time of interviewAbout Us:Frasco has been in business for 60 years as a family-owned full-service investigation company with hundreds of investigators and regional office nationwide.
