The successful candidate will be responsible for all manufacturing and supply chain activities, from procurement to the delivery of finished goods, and will play a key part in strategic initiatives that drive growth and performance. This leadership position demands a focus on continuous improvement, cultural transformation, and the ability to effectively leverage people, processes, and technologies to meet financial commitments. The VP will also be instrumental in developing and owning global supply, inventory, and operations planning processes, as well as ensuring global safety and EHS commitments are met.Applicants for the VP of Operations and Supply Chain role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of dedicated operations experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in continuous improvement, deep expertise in a Lean or Continuous Improvement Operating system, and experience in a formalized SIOP process. Senior management experience in large organizations, global exposure, and the ability to communicate effectively across cultures are essential. The role requires a leader who can drive accountability, inspire a global team, and is willing to travel as needed.
