Customer Service Representative

Job Description Position title: Customer Care Representative * An assessment will be sent separately upon applying to this position. Job Summary: This position will maintain a positive and upbeat customer service environment while interacting with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities: · Interacts with customers via telephone or email to provide support and information on products or services. · Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services. · Fields customer questions and complaints. · Escalates issues that are beyond the representative’s knowledge to the appropriate staff. · Ensures that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. · Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interaction with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. · Performs other duties as assigned. This role works very closely with a team and needs to be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The team relies on members to be reliable and punctual.
