This role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, teamwork, and safety.Major Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesSafety & Sustainability:Follow all safety, environmental, and health regulations and company policies Promote a strong safety culture and help prevent accidents and equipment damageQualityEnsure equipment and materials meet quality standards Partner with Quality teams to prevent defects and improve product integrity Help resolve quality issues using structured problem‑solving methods Support continuous improvement in maintenance and equipment reliabilityEquipment & MaintenancePerform mechanical and electrical maintenance (preventive and corrective) Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond as a first point of contact for breakdowns Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process changes Maintain accurate technical documentation, settings, and troubleshooting guides Follow digital/automation and OT/ICS standards Use CMMS (Maximo) to record maintenance work and manage spare parts Coach and support production teams during breakdowns and defectsContinuous Improvement & Cost ControlIdentify process losses and help improve efficiencyParticipate in kaizen and continuous improvement activitiesApply problem‑solving tools to reduce downtime, waste, and defectsTeamwork & Development (Morale)Work as part of a self‑driven, collaborative teamShare knowledge, support teammates, and communicate clearly across shiftsComplete required documentation for traceability and complianceMaintain required training and technical qualificationsSupport and improve standard work processes and maintenance standardsCoach others when needed and help build team capabilityWho We’re Looking ForEducationTechnical education in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, or related field (Technical School or Technical University)Skills & CompetenciesMechanical and electrical troubleshootingAutomation and control systems experienceStrong problem‑solving skillsBasic IT skills (MS Office, data entry systems)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFluent in EnglishLegally authorized to work in the U.S. (Required)Hourly Rate: $38/ hourWhat We OfferWe offer employees a competitive hourly salary.
