Northern Light Radiology Associates,a private, non PE backed radiology practiceis actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our Northeastern Ohio Hospital locations. We offer both Employment and Independent Contractor opportunities. This position includes a SUBSTANTIAL sign-on bonus. If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $30,000.00 referral fee.Here are high level terms, these can be adjusted to fit individual physicians needs:Employment:$700,000.00 annual salary and benefits (401K with a match, healthcare, etc). Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM work-shifts.40 Weeks On-Site 8 weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday), weekends are 100% Remote12-weeks of PTO per year. Additional Productivity based compensation.
