Logistic Analyst

Job DescriptionOne Source Freight Solutions is currently searching for a Logistic Analyst who should have strong experience in both white glove delivery service, P&D, reverse logistics and personal customer service, and a team first focus in addition to the following:RESPONSIBILITIES:Dispatch local pickup and delivery work. Business relationship management building a positive relationship with team members and/or customers to create a mutually beneficial outcome. Knowledge of reverse logistics operationsExperience with packing instructionsStrong verbal and written communicationSelf-starter, ability to work independently and troubleshoot. Ability to resolve problems and issues with transportation, logistic systems, or customer issues. Coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources. RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years Logistics/Supply Chain experienceExperience in white glove delivery service and/or pick-up and delivery dispatchingDemonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as freight rates, discounts, and other percentages.
