Our team is made up of experienced professionals who step in to solve complex accounting and financial challenges for companies across a variety of industries.We are seeking a full-time Local Controller to join our Tulsa team. This individual will support multiple clients across the area, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience within manufacturing environments.Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and inventory processesIdentify client challenges and proactively recommend solutionsPrepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and technical accounting documentationEnsure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within scopeMaintain a strong understanding of client organizations, processes, and internal controlsLead client meetings, presentations, and assist with proposal developmentManage multiple client engagements, relationships, and special projects simultaneouslyOversee billing and ensure appropriate realization on client workSupervise, mentor, and develop accounting staffFoster a collaborative, positive team environmentSupport process improvements, particularly within manufacturing and operational workflowsAdditional responsibilities as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate)Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, including exposure to cost accounting xmcpwfu and inventory managementExperience working with multiple clients or entities is a plusStrong ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills across all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsBenefits:Strong growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationCompetitive compensationW2 Employee Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and sick time#IND3#ZR
