The new sober home is residential home, located in Arvada 10 minutes from Recover's Treatment facility in Westminster. Full job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a residential property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the household and providing a safe and nurturing environment for all residents. Responsibilities - 12 hour shifts available, 7 days a week. -Also seeking a live in resident manager , rent free with your own space. - Monitor clients and program for safety and compliance. - Manage daily activities within the residence and center. - Coordinate and oversee client schedules - Facilitate transportation to & from the clinic, to appts and as needed for program needs. - Maintain a safe and clean-living space. - Transport residents to off-site scheduled meetings. - Communicate effectively with residents and staff. - Assist with data collection and entry for reporting purposes. - Supervise self administration of medications (will train). - Provide behavioral health support as needed - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines -Provide crucial support and guidance to residents within our recovery program. -Foster a secure, nurturing environment in our facility. Skills - Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record - Previous experience with 12 Step Programs and/or addiction treatment facilities or social services. - Strong communication skills - First aid certification, TB Test (can get after hire) - Experience in data entry and data collection - Knowledge of behavioral health practices Qualifications: 1 year of previous experience in a 12-step program or in substance abuse treatment, with a strong commitment to recovery. ***A strong recovery program with references from a sponsor will be considered. A strong passion for addiction treatment and a deep commitment to making a difference. Competence in fulfilling necessary paperwork on time, providing updates, and meeting deadlines.
