This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of network systems, servers, end-user computing environments, and telecommunications platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable supporting a diverse user base within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot PC workstations, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheralsProvide technical support to end users both onsite and remotelyAdminister LAN/WAN infrastructure, VPN connectivity, internet access, and firewall systemsSupport network security platforms such as SonicWall and Cisco MerakiConfigure and maintain Windows-based servers, domain controllers, and Microsoft 365 environmentsMonitor system and network performance and proactively reduce downtimeManage system backups, recovery processes, and data protection solutionsCollaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issuesRecommend technology solutions aligned with business needsParticipate in after-hours support, scheduled maintenance, and on-call rotationsTravel to remote facilities as neededQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience, or 4+ years of equivalent experienceCompTIA A+ certification requiredAt least one Windows OS certification (Windows 10 or Windows Server 2012/2016/2019)Experience with Windows and Linux operating systemsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
