This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful bridge and structural projects while enjoying one of the strongest benefits packages in the industry including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and all dependents.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and analyze bridge structures for DOT, municipal, and transportation infrastructure projects.Prepare construction plans, specifications, calculations, and engineering reports for bridge and structural projects.Perform load ratings, structural evaluations, and rehabilitation designs for existing bridges.Coordinate with roadway, drainage, geotechnical, and traffic engineering teams to deliver complete project solutions.Utilize engineering software such as MicroStation, OpenBridge Designer, LEAP Bridge, STAAD, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis and design tools.Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control efforts.Review shop drawings, submittals, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.Conduct site visits and field investigations to assess existing conditions and support design development.Requirements4 year degree in Civil Engineering2+ years of transportation design experienceIf licensed they are willing to pay moreEqual Opportunity EmployerTiello is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
