This is entry level with training provided.The Entry Level Sales/Administrator is responsible to assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in the following areas:Customer serviceOrder processing in a timely mannerPerform other duties as assigned by managementGreat way to gain practical experience. High potential to develop into an Account ManagerEssential Job Functions:Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customer needs are metEnsure orders are processed in a timely mannerBroker Bid response and processingInside and outside sales supportPerform other duties as assigned by managementHelp processSales related administrative work as well as sales related field workRequired Skills and Knowledge:Verbal and written communication skills.This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with others.Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) being the primary tool used.Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
