We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Lead) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, ReactJS, Python, JavaScript, and SQL, along with experience in system architecture, microservices, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
Build responsive frontend applications using ReactJS and develop backend services and APIs.
Lead technical design decisions, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide Level 3 (L3) support.
Monitor application logs, improve system reliability, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
Participate in technical planning, estimation, documentation, and solution design.
Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong hands-on expertise in PHP, ReactJS, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience developing REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices.
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, and database design.
Experience with asynchronous and parallel service development.
Understanding of distributed systems, log monitoring, and application troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
