Manufacturing Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY: .We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to join our innovative, fast-growing, family oriented organization. The management position will oversee the administrative staff, engineering staff, and shop assembly staff. The overall goal is to manage the day-to-day operations and oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations. In this position, you will partner with a team of professionals to complete projects and achieve results. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Working knowledge of Project Management in a Machine Manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing large capital project. Leading a cross-functional team of individuals in completing projects timely. Creating and communicating project timelines. Schedule and lead project initiation meetings and staff meetings. Improve effectiveness and productivity. Delegating tasks and holding the team accountable. Ability to make effective decisions. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to manage budgets to adhere to cost and deadlines. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field - Proven experience in manufacturing operations management - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Experience: Operations management: 3 years (Required) Project management: 5 years (Required) Leadership: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Burlington, NJ 08016 (Required) Work Location: In person
