• Lead end-to-end board design and development for complex, multi-layer high-speed systems (PCIe Gen4/Gen5, DDR4/DDR5, high-speed SerDes).• Define and drive system architecture, schematic design, and component selection.• Oversee PCB layout execution, stack-up definition, and SI/PI compliance.• Perform and support hardware bring-up, debugging, and DVT validation.• Collaborate with firmware, software, and system teams for platform integration and issue resolution.• Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and technical decision-making.• Work with vendors/CMs on manufacturing readiness, cost optimization, and yield improvement.• Document and standardize design methodologies, debug learnings, and best practices
