Human Resources Generalist (Agency)
People Operations Part-Time Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and systems-savvy People Operations/Human Resources Generalist professional to support temporary maternity leave coverage. This role is focused on delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, HRIS management, and HR reporting.This is a part-time role (25 hours per week, 5 hours per day Monday–Friday). On-site attendance is required Tuesday through Thursday.Key Responsibilities:Own HRIS and payroll system administration (ADP required; Employee Navigator preferred)Maintain accurate employee and contractor records, including compensation and status changesSupport semi-monthly payroll processing, audits, and freelance hour trackingManage onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup, documentation, and coordination with IT and FinanceCoordinate employee benefits administration and liaise with external vendors as neededAssist with leave of absence tracking and coordination, including parental leaveSupport immigration documentation tracking and coordination (as needed)Generate recurring HR reports and ad hoc data reportingQualifications:Experience managing payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration (ADP required)Familiarity with Employee Navigator strongly preferredUnderstanding of U.S. leave policies, including parental leaveStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
