Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a thirty-minute lunch break.

The primary objective of the Vendor Contracts Coordinator is to manage our vendor library, ensuring it stays up to date and proactively reaching out to vendors to gather necessary information. This role will lead all communications-via email, video, and phone-with outside vendors who serve our mutual customers. Additionally, the Coordinator ensures that all contracts comply with different state and federal standards, supports the maintenance of vendor relationships, and monitors contract performance.
Responsible for keeping our internal vendor library up-to-date and ensuring all vendor records are accurate. This includes conducting regular audits, managing vendor risk assessments, and overseeing vendor pre-sign documents.
Track risk assessment deadlines, renewals, and terminations, ensuring timely follow-up.
Handle initial outreach to vendors and escalate to the legal team when custom documents are needed
Audit the vendor templates to ensure contact information is accurate.
Proactively reach out to dealership vendors to gather service provider agreements and completed risk assessments for the benefit of our mutual customers
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes, especially those affecting car dealerships.
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management and/or contract compliance
Experience working within an automotive dealership is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and successfully interact with people at all management and support levels, within and outside the organization.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
