Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85302Discipline: Phlebotomist / Medical AssistantShift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist with hands-on experience in venipuncture. This role primarily focuses on blood collection, requiring candidates to be confident and capable of performing autonomous draws in a fast-paced clinical environment.Key Requirements:Minimum 6 months of autonomous venipuncture experience (excluding school/externship)Must be comfortable with blood draws as the primary responsibilityStrong patient interaction and specimen handling skillsEducation / Certification Requirements:Candidates must meet one of the following:Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CAAHEP or ABHES)Completion of Medical Assistant training through any branch of the armed forcesPossess a Medical Assistant certification from an organization accredited by NCCA or ANSI (must also have completed MA training program)Accepted Certifications:AMCA – American Medical Certification AssociationAMT – American Medical TechnologistsAAMA – American Association of Medical AssistantsNHA – National Healthcareer AssociationNCCT – National Center for Competency Testing?
