This person ensures content is accurate, structured, and aligned with brand standards while supporting both domestic and international sites.Success in this role requires strong judgment in how content is organized, implemented, and optimized within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). This includes working within Banner’s existing components, templates, and tagging structure to deliver effective, scalable digital experiences. The role also supports multilingual content needs, ensuring content is properly prepared, translated, and deployed across regional sites.This person will contribute to an established digital launch process, partnering with Developers, UX and Visual Designers, Videographers, Regional Marketing teams, and Copywriters to build, refine, and evaluate web experiences that improve performance and usability.This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager / UX Designer.What You’ll Be DoingThis role is well suited for someone who takes ownership of execution, anticipates needs, and works effectively across teams to deliver strong digital outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAuthor, update, and maintain pages in the AEM content management system that support product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiativesEnsure content is accurate, well structured, and aligned with SEO and GEO best practices to improve visibility and performanceApply consistent use of components, templates, tags, and digital assets to create scalable and maintainable pagesEvaluate and refine content implementation decisions to improve usability, engagement, and overall site performanceMaintain multilingual content workflows, ensuring content is prepared, translated, and deployed accurately across regional sites while maintaining consistencyCollaborate with international teams and translation partners to maintain quality and efficiency in localized contentPartner with the UX Designer by supporting research and contributing to the development of new components and website featuresSupport the Banner brand through thoughtful execution of layout, visuals, and minor design updates including graphics and iconsSupport social media campaigns by editing Canva assets, ensuring content is formatted, on brand, and ready for publishing across platformsAssist with website testing, including regression and user acceptance testing, within an Agile workflowManage translation quotes, coordinating with Marketing, product stakeholders, and IT resourcesImprove site search experience by maintaining keyword associations and ensuring users can easily find relevant contentAssist with monitoring site health and performance, including Core Web Vitals, search rankings, and analytics, and take action on identified issuesSupport internal translation resources and workflowsOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring To The TableTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and regular attendance is required.
