Technical Program Manager, Infra
Overview:
As Infrastructure TPM, you own cross-functional programs spanning capacity, reliability, builder tools, identity, and corporate IT. You'll lead end-to-end initiatives across factories, offices, and engineering, turning discovery into tangible outcomes. You'll help define TPM at Hadrian and drive platform projects that improve operations. This role blends hardware and software scope in a fast-growing manufacturing tech environment with a strong impact on efficiency and scale. Key requirements:
- 5+ years in technical program management
- Experience owning infrastructure programs at scale
- Hands-on hardware procurement and provisioning experience

- Strong written communication favoring asynchronous updates
- Ability to influence across functions without formal authority
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
