Coding Supervisor

Job Title: Profee Coding SupervisorLocation: Remote (CST, MST, PST preferred)Industry: HealthcarePay: $45-50 per hourAbout Our Client:Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to children and their families.Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Profee Coding Supervisor to manage and oversee a team of coders specializing in various medical fields. This remote position requires a proactive leader who can provide guidance, ensure coding accuracy, and maintain team productivity.Key Responsibilities:Supervise a team of 20-21 coders across specialties such as Dental, Behavioral Health, Anesthesia, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, and Hematology/Oncology.Coordinate team schedules, manage PTO, organize team meetings, and distribute newsletters.Provide support and answer coding questions, acting as a resource for the team.Utilize systems like Allscripts, Optum Encoder Pro, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, and Teams for efficient workflow management.Maintain a flexible work schedule, starting between 6-8am AZ time.Qualifications:Must reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones.Certification with AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory.Strong leadership abilities, particularly in providing clear, constructive feedback.Excellent written communication skills and a professional demeanor.Experience with Allscripts, Optum Encoder Pro, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, and Teams.Additional Details:Number of Openings: 1Start Date: Expected start date is in 2 weeks.Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to start between 6am and 8am AZ time.Approved Locations: This role is not available for candidates residing in CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT.Perks:Competitive pay rate and remote work flexibility.Collaborative team environment with opportunities for career advancement.If you are a skilled leader with a passion for coding and want to make an impact in healthcare, we encourage you to apply today!
