Overview As Technical Program Manager for the MBOM initiative, you lead the multi-year roadmap to achieve global MBOM coverage across Amazon’s data center fleet. You collaborate with Field Engineering, DCEO, vendors, and lifecycle data teams to scale AI-powered pipelines that extract MBOM data and set per-equipment standards. Your work enables proactive spares planning, criticality assessments, and repair readiness, delivering measurable improvements in fleet availability. This role blends strategic roadmaping with hands-on process design in a fast, ambiguous environment, offering broad exposure to PLM, asset management, and cross-functional delivery.
