Project Manager (Superior)

Title: Project ManagerLocation: Superior, WIDuration: 12+ MonthsPay Range: $60-62/hr on W2Description:Role SummarySeeking experienced Project Manager to support execution of capital projects within the Midwest Region. This role is execution focused, responsible for taking approved and scoped projects and driving them through planning, construction, execution, and close out.The ideal candidate is a hands on PM who can independently manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, outages, and field activities, and deliver projects safely and efficiently with minimal oversight.This position is 100% capital charged.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Lead capital projects from handoff through close out• Manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality• Execute a repeatable portfolio of asset replacement projects including but not limited to:o Booster Pump Replacementso Valve replacementso Pressure Control Valves (PCVs)• Take ownership once equipment is ordered and drive projects to completion• Develop simplified drawing packages as required (actuators, controllers, power)• Coordinate closely with:o Regional Operations supervisors and engineerso Asset Management (ACMs)o Outage Coordinators• Mitigate risk through planning process• Lead and manage:o MOCso Risk Reviews• Procure materials• Manage contractors and vendors• Ensure proper documentation and project close out________________________________________Required Qualifications• Proven experience delivering capital projects as a Project Manager• Strong execution experience in:o Detailed planningo Field executiono Close out• Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined scope and execute effectively• Experience working with:o Operations teamso Field constructiono Contractors and vendors• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills________________________________________Preferred Qualifications• Experience in pipeline, energy, or regulated asset environments• Familiarity with:o Oracle purchasingo Management of Change processeso Outage planningo MaximoWhy work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
