Scheduler
We are looking for a Scheduler to plan and coordinate daily work for field teams in a utility environment. This role ensures the right resources are assigned to the right jobs at the right time, helping meet customer commitments, safety standards, and operational goals.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage daily and weekly work schedules for field crewsCoordinate with operations, contractors, and internal teamsEnsure work is completed on time and aligned with prioritiesTrack progress and adjust schedules based on changing needsUse systems like SAP to manage work orders and resource planningSupport forecasting and workload planning using data and reportsCommunicate schedule updates to stakeholders regularly🎯 Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in scheduling, planning, or operations (utilities preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsGood understanding of resource planning and workload balancingProficiency in Excel; SAP or similar systems is a plusStrong communication and coordination skills🧠 Preferred BackgroundExperience in utilities, energy, construction, or field operationsFamiliarity with maintenance or work management processes
