This role encompasses manufacturing project management, process development, product improvements, test system development, mechanical/electrical/software integration testing, and instrumentation controls. This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring milestones and quality standards are metDevelop, document, and continuously improve assembly processes, procedures, and in-process inspection protocolsLead system integration and testing of products prior to customer installationDesign, develop, and oversee test systems used in productionSupport customer site installations as neededMaintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and consistencyCoordinate inventory logistics, production planning, and procurement activitiesIntegrate and validate instrumentation and controls across mechanical, electrical, and software systemsCollaborate effectively with engineering, scientific, assembly, machine shop, customer, and administrative teamsIdentify opportunities for product improvements and drive them through to implementationEducation and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline is a plus 5+ years of experience in ManufacturingAbility to articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, be organized, and be highly driven and self-motivated Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members on a collaborative basis Must be comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced, challenging work environmentCryogenics experience is a significant plus Status: Full-Time, regularFLSA Classification: ExemptCompensation Type: SalaryBenefit Eligible: NoneReports To: PresidentLocation: This position is fully on-site at our Boulder, CO facilitySupervisory Responsibility: YesRelocation: NoneWork Authorization: U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or other protected status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a)(3) is required.Pay Range: The annual salary range is between $100,000 and $175,000.
