Your job will be to create innovative products that help companies and candidates interact with each other to find the perfect match, all while making the experience more productive, fun and personal.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand our business strategy and deliver products that solve real-world problems in the talent acquisition spaceInteract with customers to research the problems you’re tackling, test and refine solutions to solve these problemsCollaborate with the design and engineering to scope and define the problems and imagine future solutionsDesign solutions that delight users - collaborate with a product designer and write design briefs for the technical teamManage the creation of new solutions through all development phases, delivering world-class product in every releaseEvaluate and refine solutions based on quantitative research using data analytics and qualitative research through interaction with customersCapture work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritize this work so our team is always working on the most impactful featuresCommunicate new products to customers and educate customers about them by creating appealing and instructive contentRequirements:RequirementsAble to think both creatively and analyticallyPassionate about design and user experience. Able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfacesProven experience leading successful projects working with design and engineering peersClear communicator in writing and in personTechnical understanding of information architecture, architecture of complex web applications and software development processesFast learner, highly empathetic and collaborative with excellent communication skills. Highly organized and self driven
