Enjoy a predictable schedule with no call, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to our valued senior population.Practice Setting:Outpatient settingA majority of the patient population is aged 65+Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nursesSchedule Details:Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for a 4-day workweekNo call requirementsCredentialing timeframe is approximately 30 daysCases & Procedures:Traditional primary care for older adults, including:Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery diseaseNo procedures performed
