Bilingual Producing Loan Partner

We’re looking for a Bilingual Producing Loan Partner based in Austin (preferred) or Albuquerque to partner closely with a top-producing Loan Originator and help drive a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the client-facing side of lending but prefers a more stable, team-based production environment over fully self-sourced business.This position blends origination, client management, and loan structuring, while still allowing for some personal production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan processTake applications, structure files, and handle pre-approvalsCommunicate with borrowers, realtors, and internal partners to move loans efficiently from application to closingQuote rates and lock loans in alignment with company guidelinesReview documentation for completeness, accuracy, and underwriting readinessRun automated underwriting and ensure files meet program requirementsMaintain consistent communication with clients and referral partners, including weekly status updatesCoordinate with processing and underwriting to keep files on trackSupport a high-producing Loan Originator by managing incoming business and pipeline flowEnsure all loans are complete and compliant prior to submission to processing QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of mortgage Loan Originator experienceOpen to candidates who started in processing and transitioned into originationStrong experience with:Pre-approvals and file structuringConventional, FHA, and VA loan productsComfortable operating in a support-focused role vs. fully self-generated productionStrong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple files at onceAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSpanish language proficiency required (to support client communication needs) REQUIREMENTS:Active NMLS license and ability to meet all federal registration requirementsWorking knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance standardsHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering a strong client experience WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT:Focus on partnership, not solo productionAccess to consistent inbound business from a high-performing producerMore income stability compared to fully commission-based rolesOpportunity to grow within a scaling, high-volume team environment
