We're a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.Job Responsibilities:These are the expectations of our employees with this job title:General cleanup, sweeping, and removal of debris throughout the projectClean up the work area and equipment as needed throughout the projectRemoves snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materialsUnload materials and tools from work trucksSweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materialsRemove old roofing materialsClear drains and downspouts; and clean guttersSet ladders, scaffolds, and hoists in place for taking supplies to roofsProvide assistance to skilled roofers installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfacesRequirementsWhat we look for in new team members: Consistent and dependable attendanceAbility to follow through with instructions and complete assigned tasksAbility to communicate verbally and writtenValid Driver's License is a plusBenefitsCompensation:A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($18-$22/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:Medical and dental insurance available for full-time positionsAn Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerE-Verify CompanyVeterans Encouraged
