Lab Technician-3rd shift

Job Description Adherence of SOP, SSOP, GMP, SQF and HACCP guidelines. Inspecting all laboratory testing equipment before start of shift, including but not limited to sanitary condition of equipment, proper working order and lubrication. Stocking of all lab supplies. Laboratory Technician will be responsible for finished product testing to ensure that it falls within the pre-determined specification range for each product he/she flavors prior to finished packaging as well as antibiotic and allergen testing. The swabbing of all drains, clean tanks and allergens. Laboratory technician will be responsible for the finished product testing. Perform Production walkthroughs to check temps, product weights, tanks with product for time in logs as well as pre inspection checks.
