The CAIDO will be a key technical leader, responsible for the end-to-end ownership of data, AI, and technology strategy, architecture, and delivery. This role is pivotal in supporting community leaders with advanced data, technology, and AI capabilities, enabling them to measure outcomes, share impact stories, and make informed, evidence-based decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership, hands-on experience in modern data and AI systems, and a proven track record in responsible and ethical technology use. They should be a servant leader with a people-centered approach, capable of managing a small technical team, and fostering an environment where innovation and impact are at the forefront.Key responsibilities for the CAIDO include serving as the founding technical leader, providing technical guidance and support to community organizations, and leading the design and distribution of data management tools and AI workflows.
