Branch Manager, Tennessee

We are seeking a Branch Manager for our Franklin, Tennessee location. The Branch Manager will oversee the branch, develop and execute overall business goals, and be accountable for key managerial components.Key Managerial ComponentsRecruiting, Hiring and RetentionTraining and Development of AssociatesStaff Management and DevelopmentSupervision and Documentation PracticesBranch Sales Activity and PromotionMarketing and CommunicationsFinance, Operations and Technology InitiativesLeadership and CultureKey ResponsibilitiesRecruiting and Hiring: Develop a hiring plan, allocate headcount, oversee recruiting goals and budget, and build a diverse team.Supervision: Provide supervision of Financial Professionals compliant with FINRA, SEC, state and firm rules, establish compliance tone, maintain positive branch exam results, and foster team cohesiveness.Staff Management and Development: Lead the entire branch population, streamline procedures and processes, and create an inclusive culture across all locations.Compensation & BenefitsThis role is eligible for variable compensation.
