You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will:Lead complexmulti-axis CNC
programming and process development initiativesOwn manufacturing
strategy from prototype (1–10 parts) through production (100–1,000+
parts)Develop and implementstandards for tooling, fixturing,
setups, and documentationEstablish best practices across
programming, machining, and process controlSolve systemic
manufacturing challenges across multiple teamsDefine and improve
setup documentation and process control withinProShop
MESCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production to ensure
manufacturability and scalabilityTranslate customer requirements
into robust manufacturing processesDrive continuous improvement in
quality, efficiency, and repeatabilityMentor machinists,
programmers, and engineers across the organizationLead high-impact
technical initiatives and support strategic programs---Machines,

utilizing:Machines:Multi-axis CNC machining platforms (5-axis,
mill-turn environments)Controls:Haas, Okuma, Heidenhain (deep-level
understanding preferred)CAM Software:Hypermill and/or ESPRIT
(preferred)Inspection:CMM systems, advanced metrology

manufacturing / process engineering experience(or equivalent

optimizationAdvanced knowledge ofGD&T and dimensional quality
controlExperience developing manufacturing standards, frameworks,

ESPRITBackground in aerospace or regulated environments ( AS9100,
