Production Mechanic

ResponsibilitiesPerform general assembly on truck bodies, cranes, and bodies,Participant in the care and upkeep of the shop and all equipment and tools,Installation of various accessories and components (toolboxes, lights, vices, and cranes),Work effectively within a team and individually, Work with team (Production, Engineering) to troubleshoot any mechanical, body, or electrical issues. Training will be provided for troubleshooting,All other duties as assigned,Be able to work overtime as needed.QualificationsProficiency in 12V or 24V wiring (some experience preferred),Must be mechanically inclined (6 – 12 months preferred),Basic math skills,Be able to use and read tape measure,Must supply some tools,Must be physically able to work in all weather conditions,Must be able sit, stand, bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 10-50 pounds periodically,Must be a team player,Must speak, read and write English.PALFINGER proprietary tools will be provided.What We OfferCompetitive compensation.401(k) with Company match.Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and short- and long-term disability (depending upon state).
