Job Title: Lead Residential Air Conditioning InstallerEmployment Type: Full-TimePay: $20-$30 per hour (based on experience) + piece-rate / performance payJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Air Conditioning Installer to oversee and perform high-quality residential HVAC installations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage installation crews while delivering exceptional customer service.
