Technical Project ManagerSanta Clara (onsite 5 days office)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) with strong full-stack technology expertise in .NET, Angular, React, Python, and emerging AI/Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative digital solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and planning through development, deployment, and support.Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.Partner with engineering teams developing applications using .NET, Angular, React, and Python.Drive adoption of AI/Generative AI capabilities to improve business processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.Track product KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to guide product enhancements.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to communicate product progress, risks, and strategic initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Software Engineering leadership roles.Strong understanding of:Microsoft .NET / ASP.NET CoreAngularReact.jsPythonExperience managing full-stack web application development projects.Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered application development.Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.For JD - Full stack TPM with (Strong .net angular react with python and ai capabilities)Exp - 12+yrs with very strong technical skills Thanks & Regards, Pankaj Singh - Team LeadPhone #
