This role ensures the accurate, repeatable, and efficient installation of fasteners to engineering specifications.Essential Duties:Operate hardware presses to install a variety of clinch fasteners into sheet metal componentsConfigure and adjust bowl feeders to optimize feed rates, minimize handling, and maintain consistent insertion cyclesRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm fastener type, placement, and orientationInspect and validate installations to meet dimensional, mechanical, and repeatability requirements, reporting nonconformance to quality and/or supervisors as neededMaintain machine reliability through setup, adjustment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshootingMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, following safety policies without exceptionAssist with other duties as assigned with fabrication and assembly processesMinimum Qualifications:Prior experience with hardware insertion equipment is preferred.
