Front desk Escrow processor

Job Summary:To work with realtors, lenders, buyer & seller clients, and vendors to acquire, analyze and organize allnecessary documents needed to process escrow transactions. Have the ability to balance the workloadto accommodate demands of the job, and exceed customer expectations.Receives callers and visitors at the establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers andvisitors to correct destination. Provides general administrative and clerical support.Job Roles:Responsible for answering and placing telephone calls, greeting customers or visitors, and notifyingappropriate parties of arriving calls, customers or visitorsProvides entry level administrative support including but not limited to typing and data entrySorts and routes mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate partyDirects issues or problems to appropriate party for resolutionsMaintains reception area and conference room(s) and keeps these areas tidyProcess and quality check all documents for accuracyRespond to inquiries from clients to resolve discrepanciesBuild strong partnerships with clients, lenders, realtors, vendors, and the local communityPerforms other duties as assignedRole Specific Knowledge:Ability to read, write and perform simple mathComputer skills necessary to complete tasksKnowledge of phone systems and phone etiquetteAbility to follow written and verbal directives and work with people of all levelsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailResponsible with good initiative and possess the skill set to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills, to professionally communicate with both internal and external customersExcellent customer service skills, dependable and a team playerEducation and Experience:
